Within each training block there are also 3 phases...
- Adaptive phase, when the body learns how to do the new set of exercises
- Mastery phase, when the body responds to these exercises and experiences changes
- Recovery phase, when the muscular healing occures and yhou body grows strong. Now you are ready to
be confused again
Your body only being to change, remodeling itself to meet the demands of the changing
program. During the recovery phase you will leanr how to take better care of yourself
through nutrition, and rest. Without adequate rest and recovery you are gauranteed to
burn out and potentially injure yourself.
